Why should I rent from Dump Trailer Rental LLC?

We are a local business that is licensed & insured. We care about the community and customer service is our #1 priority. Providing our customers with the best service is what sets us apart from other rental companies.

How long can I rent equipment?

We offer daily, and weekly rentals.

What if I need to extend the length of my rental?

Please call us to confirm the trailer you are renting has not been reserved by another client. If available we will be happy to extend the length of your rental agreement. If we are not able to extend the length of your rental, we will do our best to find another solution. It is our obligation to ensure our customers needs are satisfied by providing them with the best service.

What happens if I am late to return trailer?

If you know you will be late to return trailer please call us in advance. If you don’t call us, you will be charged for another day. We have a lot of customers who book trailers in advance. Please return the trailer on time.

Do I need to return the rental before office is closed?

Yes, unless other arrangements are made, returns after hours are not permitted. Daily rentals are due back 24 hours from time of initial rental; Ex. If the renter picks-up trailer at 9am Monday, then the trailer is due back at 9am Tuesday. 
Weekly rentals are due back a week from pick up date; Ex. If the renter picks-up trailer Monday at 9am, then the trailer is due back the following Monday at 9am.

Can I make a reservation for equipment?

Yes, our equipment can be reserved. To confirm a reservation we require your contact information, a valid credit card number on file, a non-refundable $50 deposit, and a signature on your rental contract. The deposit will be applied towards your final balance. Your order will not be considered ‘reserved’ until a deposit and signed contract are received. Our rentals occur on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please contact us to check availability.

What information do I need to rent a dump trailer?

In addition to the rental agreement contract, we need a copy of your driver’s license, auto insurance, and credit card on file.

Do you provide training or information for renters?

Yes! We provide a demonstration on how to safely operate the equipment at the time of rental.

What type of debris/waste is NOT accepted? 

  • RADIOACTIVE

  • VOLATILE

  • CORROSIVE

  • HIGHLY FLAMMABLE

  • EXPLOSIVE

  • INFECTIOUS

  • TOXIC OR HAZARDOUS MATERIAL

  • TIRES

  • CAR BATTERIES

  • CHEMICALS (LAWN PRODUCTS, PESTICIDES, ETC.)

  • LIQUIDS (PAINTS, PAINT THINNERS, ETC.)

  • FREON DEVICES(REFRIGERATORS, FREEZERS, AND AIR CONDITIONING UNITS)

  • GAS OR PROPANE TANKS

  • ENGINE PARTS WITH OIL OR GAS STILL IN THEM

  • NO CARCASSES

Does the equipment need to be cleaned before being returned?

Yes, you are responsible for returning the equipment clean. There is a cleaning fee of $150, for any equipment that is not returned clean.
